Why Platypus
The Platypus is a truly unique animal that combines features of reptiles and mammals, with some similarities to birds and aquatic creatures. When the first platypus specimen was sent to Europe from Australia in the late 18th century, it was met with skepticism and disbelief – “There is no such animal”.
